Smooth Groove Shaving Soap
I originally made this soap to have another type of soap to sell, another purpose beyond general washing. I really wasn’t sure if I would like it for shaving. Then I used it. I was SO impressed! I get a smoother shave with this soap than shaving cream or anything else I have used, and I never get razor burn. My legs feel great afterwards, it is a win win. This works well for men too. You don’t get tons of lather, though you can work it up with a brush, but it isn’t about lather for me. It is about getting a good glide so that the razor goes over the skin well. This soap does the job!
This unscented soap contains bentonite clay for a smooth shave and colloidal oatmeal to moisturize the skin. It can be used with an old-fashioned shaving brush.
Ingredients: Lard, Fresh Goat Milk, Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Castor Oil, Lye, Palm Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Bentonite Clay, Colloidal Oatmeal
