River Song is easily my favorite Doctor Who character. Actually, to first episode I ever saw was the Library, River’s first appearance. An I was hooked! It was achingly sad that she died for him, and he didn’t have the slightest idea who she was. Every time River showed up in an episode I gave a little leap, like “O yay! It’s River!”
This is lip balm was inspired by the moment when River gave up her regeneration power to save the Doctor. In essence, she once again gave her life, or lives, for him. How many times can one woman die for him? Of course this time she was also the reason he was dying, and he knew her a lot better now! lol. This balm is honey flavored, because this was such a sweet moment. It has a bit of gold shimmer to it, I guess some of that regeneration power such into the formula.
I’m sad that the Doctor has now taken her to the Singing Towers….it seems we won’t be seeing River anymore. But I will always love her character.
