We love the awesome qualities of our goat milk soap, but there is something even more special. Breastmilk is often referred to as liquid gold because it has such nourishing qualities. People have long used it on their skin for rashes, eye infections, and other problems. It also makes a lovely soap that is so customized for your baby and your family.
This order is absolutely customized, making YOUR soap with only YOUR milk for YOUR family. You supply the liquid gold (12 ounces by weight in this size order) and give me any other customizations you would prefer as far as oils and scent. Your soaps will take about six weeks to cure and then they will be on their way to you. If you are not local, milk can be frozen, packed in a cooler box, and shipped overnight (at your expense).
My favorite soap recipe includes Lard, Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Avocado Oil, Shea butter, and Palm Oil. If no Oil preferences are given this is what I will use. However, if you would prefer no animal-based oils I can make that happen, or if you are allergic to a certain oil I can eliminate that one.
For scent it may be best to leave unscented if you are using the soap on your precious little one. However, if you would like scent I can recommend essential oils that are safe for babies, such as Lavender, Chamomile, or Eucalyptus. (Chamomile is quite an expensive oil and will require an add on charge)
This order is for 8 bars (each weighing 4-5 ounces), which will last you quite a while, likely over a six months depending on use. Never leave your soap in a puddle, set it up on a wooden slatted soap tray. It should always be able to dry out between uses.
All breastmilk soap orders must be paid in advance, and are non-refundable once the soap has been made.
