CAE Test: 2/10/2012 (Negative) Phaedra is a good milker with a lot of Caesar’s Villa in her lines. She came to us as a bred doe from Karen Stanger in Raeford, NC. Phaedra has good udder capacity, giving us from a quart to a quart and a half a day, depending on where in her freshening we are talking about. She has large teats that are easy to milk. Her attachment isn’t awesome, but it isn’t bad. |

Luzee also came to us from Karen Stanger as a bred doe. Luzee is not as big a milk producer and has smaller teats than I would like. I am hoping this improves a bit on her next freshening. She does have nice attachment though. She is a very sweet and flashy doe, with her pretty blue eyes. I admit I bought her because she was super friendly and so pretty! I absolutely love the coloring of this little doe, even if I haven’t a clue how to best describe it! She’s even stumped other goat people. Best we can figure is to call her a black and tan Sundgau with a white poll. Cute. That’s what I call her! Asterid is from Cinnamon and Kathmandu. She has great genetics, so I am hoping this little girl proves out to be as good as I expect! She did not settle this year, so hopefully kids in 2015.
